Have you seen Cindy Crawford’s morning routine on social media? Her roughly two-and-a-half-hour regimen, which starts at 6 a.m. and includes dry-brushing while listening to her Bible app, wearing a red-light cap and touching grass, is like a chapter out of a wellness playbook. “It’s about my mental and spiritual health,” she says. “I’m 60.
