Halle & Olivier's Custody Battle Heats Up

Halle Berry and her ex-husband Olivier Martinez are locked in a bitter dispute over their 10-year-old son, Maceo.

The pair—who split in 2015 after two years of marriage—had agreed in May to “co-parenting therapy” with a coach. But in documents filed with the Superior Court of California in Los Angeles County on July 26, an attorney for the Oscar-winning actress, 58, claimed the French actor, also 58, “terminated” sessions in July and August because he wanted “to have ‘the summer off’” while he traveled abroad and had family visit him in L.A., thereby “thwarting the entire therapeutic process.”

In the 48-page filing, Berry also alleged Martinez, who shares joint legal custody, has made “unilateral” decisions regarding their son’s education and aimed to “influence Maceo’s teachers and therapist to view me as a risk to our child by communicating false stories about my relationship with Maceo.” Martinez’s lawyer tells
