Prachi Dhabal Deb is an inspiration for those wanting to pivot in their careers but thinking that it's too late. A financial analyst by education, Prachi found herself drawn to the sweet world of baked desserts, first as a home baker, and then as a professional. Inspired by Sir Eddie Spence MBE, the renowned British cake maker who eventually mentored her, she took on the challenge of working with royal icing on cakes, even creating its vegan iteration and making it palatable for a growing population of vegetarian consumers.
