Obstetric anesthesiology has made me a better doctor—and a more compassionate human being. It has taught me to value life in its most delicate form and to respect the strength of every woman who brings a child into this world. It has given me sleepless nights, high-pressure moments, but also a deep sense of fulfillment that few other specialties can offer. As I continue this journey, I remain committed to improving maternal care, advocating for patient safety, and mentoring the next generation of anesthesiologists who will one day stand at the head of the operating table, bearing the sacred responsibility of two lives at once.
