Bunny panda looked everywhere but could not find his tablet.
He looked under the chair and found his yellow socks. He found his missing eraser under his bed. He even found his favorite pencil box which was rolled inside an old T-shirt.
“Mom, have you seen my tab?” he called his mom.
When his mom saw the mess Bunny had made in his bedroom, she scolded him, “What hit this room? Why can't you keep your things in the right place?”
I don’t think she will help, thought Bunny. Papa panda had gone out for a week. He was more helpful in such matters.
It took two hours to put everything back. In the process the room looked much cleaner and organised but Bunny was still sad, tired and a bit angry.
Just then his little sister Minny entered the room carrying her favourite doll. “Out of my room, you penguin!” He shouted at her for no reason.
She ran away crying.
When Granny heard her crying, she came and picked up little Minny in her arms. She then sat down on the sofa and called Bunny.
Bunny walked in sulking and looked at Minny, annoyed.
Granny stroked his head and said in a calm voice.
"Bunny, you should behave like a responsible big brother. Why are you always troubling my sweet little Minny?"
"She is the one who troubles me all the time. She tore a page from my book and I got scolded by my teacher. I am sure she has also hidden my tablet somewhere."
"Minny is too small to understand all this. Wait till she grows a bit and then you will have so much fun together."
Granny then told Bunny a story from her childhood about how she and her brother dreamt of becoming polar bears.

GRAVE MISTAKES
“Here’s your new school,” Dad said as he pulled over at the gate of Silver Pines School. Courtesy of his dad’s frequent job transfers, Omi is always the new student. This was his fourth school in the last eight years. Standing at the gates of his new school, clutching his bag, he tried not to look nervous. His family had just moved to the town a week ago, and everything still smelled new—new books, new uniform, new trouble.
