There lived a bear named Kujo in Sundervan.

Impatient Honcho

Because of his dark black colour and long, scruffy hair, no animal liked to be near him. But Kujo didn't mind. He was a jolly, carefree bear who found joy in his own little world. Sometimes, he would roll in mud or dirt, leaving his already messy fur looking even more unkempt. But that didn't bother Kujo one bit.

Whenever he felt hungry, Kujo would climb a tree, break open a beehive and feast on the honey inside. Once full, he would lie under a nearby tree and doze off peacefully.

One day, while looking for honey, Kujo wandered far from the forest.

"Wow!" he exclaimed. "What a beautiful place!"

He discovered a place that he had never been before. The land was lush and green, covered in wildflowers of every colour. Butterflies and buzzing flies hovered over the blossoms. All around were tall, shady trees. Kujo clapped his hands in delight. His loud claps startled the butterflies, who scattered in all directions.

But Kujo's happiness wasn't because of The trees or flowers. It was because of the many beehives hanging from the nearby branches.

“It’s been so long since I’ve had honey to my heart’s content. Today’s the day!”
