When Reese Witherspoon and her financier boyfriend, Oliver Haarmann, recently enjoyed a getaway to Saint-Tropez in the south of France, it looked like a scene from one of the star's movies, complete with unabashed embraces and passionate kisses aboard a luxury yacht.

It was clear things between the mother-of-three and her German love have gone from what a source described to People magazine last year as "just casual" and "taking things slow", to hot and heavy just 12 months later. Both on the yacht's deck and in the ocean, Witherspoon, 49, and Haarmann, 57, looked as close as can be.

There’s no doubt the couple are head over heels, following her divorce from Jim Toth in 2023. "She’s having fun with Oliver," a source told People after the couple went public last September. The source added that part of Haarmann’s appeal is that he’s not in show business like Toth, a former talent agent, and Witherspoon's first husband, actor Ryan Phillippe.
