THE BELOVED AUSSIE ACTRESS IS BACK IN A ZANY NEW STAGE SHOW
Taking on one role in any live production seems like it would be more than enough, but in her new play, The 39 Steps, Lisa McCune is taking on three. However, the actress believes she has it easy compared to her three castmates, Ian Stenlake and The Umbilical Brothers, David Collins and Shane Dundas.
"I play a German spy, a Scottish farm girl and Pamela, the English heroine," the 54-year-old actress tells WHO. "So that's three for me, but there are more than 100 in total, and it's just me and the guys."
Described as an Alfred Hitchcock classic spy thriller with a dash of Monty Python-style chaos, The 39 Steps promises to be a gripping, fast-paced comedy thriller that will leave you laughing out loud.
