THINGS ARE GETTING EXPLOSIVE AS THE EXES ENGAGE IN A WAR OF WORDS

In an episode of her reality show Denise Richards & Her Wild Things that aired in March, Denise Richards made a bold declaration. "I'm never getting divorced again," she said, perched on a couch next to husband Aaron Phypers. "Even if we hate each other, I'm not gonna f--king get divorced."

Cut to July 7: citing "irreconcilable differences", Phypers filed for divorce, listing the date of separation as July 4. Things took a more serious turn on July 16, when Richards requested and was granted a temporary restraining order against Phypers, accusing him of domestic violence.
