The Wheel of Fortune cohosts talk the show's next generation, advice from Pat Sajak and their surprising connection

On Sept. 9, a new era of Wheel of Fortune kicked off with Ryan Seacrest taking over as host following Pat Sajak's 41 year run. While both Seacrest and cohost Vanna White admit that the game show will look a bit different this season, they insist it's still very much the series we all know and love. "Wheel of Fortune will be Wheel of Fortune," promises Seacrest, 49. "I'm hosting... and I think Vanna has a new carpet under her puzzle board... but not much else has changed." White, 67, agrees: "It's definitely different when you're familiar with someone for so long," she says, comparing working with Seacrest and Sajak
