JUSTIN VS. BLAKE - Who's Telling the Truth?
Us Weekly

Things take an even nastier turn between It Ends With Us costars Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively after they both file formal lawsuits accusing each other of aiding in smear campaigns
"Nothing in this lawsuit changes anything about the claims advanced in Ms. Lively's California Civil Rights Department Complaint, nor her federal complaint, filed earlier today," her attorney tells Us in response to Baldoni's lawsuit.
The war between Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively is raging on. On Dec. 31, both filed formal lawsuits over the It Ends With Us production and press tour backlash. First, Baldoni and nine other plaintiffs — including two publicists and two producers on the film — filed a $250 million libel suit against The New York Times, alleging that the publication “cherry-picked” communications and omitted context to mislead readers in its Dec. 21 article We Can Bury Anyone: Inside a Hollywood Smear Machine. (The piece was centered around a bombshell federal complaint filed by Lively, 37, a day prior, accusing Baldoni, 40, of sexual harassment and retaliation.) “The Times story relied almost entirely on Lively’s unverified and self-serving narrative lifting it nearly verbatim while disregarding an abundance of evidence that contradicted her claims and exposed her true motives,” Baldoni’s lawsuit reads, claiming that it was Lively who pursued a “strategic and manipulative” smear campaign against him.
