This past summer, It Ends With Us had everyone talking. Not only did the emotional flick - which centers around a couple in an abusive relationship rule the box office, but rumors of an on-set rift between Blake Lively and her costar/director, Justin Baldoni, dominated headlines. At the time, sources blamed a "creative struggle" between the two. However, on Dec. 20, Lively dropped a bombshell about what may have really caused the two to have a falling-out. The Gossip Girl alum, 37, filed a complaint against Baldoni, 40, suing him for sexual harassment and claiming that his alleged behavior "behind closed doors" caused her to suffer from "grief, fear, trauma, and extreme anxiety." In the complaint, which is a precursor to filing a discrimination lawsuit, Lively claims that during production, a meeting was held to address Baldoni's alleged behavior and her claims of a "hostile work environment." In the meeting - which was attended by numerous people, including Lively's husband, Ryan Reynolds, 48-the star laid out her requests, including "no more showing nude videos or images of women to Blake, no more mention of Baldoni's alleged previous 'pornography addiction,' no more discussions about sexual conquests i
