We’re happy she’s happy, because we’re loving the professional and personal lifeguard adventures on the Fox drama (Mondays, 9 p.m.). The actress, 39 — also an alum of Gilmore Girls and The Vampire Diaries — takes Us behind the scenes.

The cast pushed their limits by getting certified as lifeguards, scuba divers and ATV and jet ski drivers. How much of your own stunts do you do?
