TRAVIS KELCE had something special planned for Taylor Swift’s 35th birthday Dec. 13. Five days after she took her final bow on her global Eras Tour, the NFL star nixed a blowout bash packed with people and kept things intimate. It was “just them,” according to one news outlet, while another confirmed the Kansas City Chiefs tight end showered his girlfriend of more than a year with gifts he’d carefully selected over the months, ultimately dropping almost $175,000 on the woman he’s called “hilarious” and “a genius.”

She’s thrilled to be back by his side. After they’d spent much of the fall apart as Travis, 35, locked in for his 12th NFL season and Taylor wound up her tour, “celebrating her birthday with him was the best way to cap off the year,” a source tells Star. And 2024 was the Grammy winner’s biggest year ever. Her record-shattering concert trek raked in more than $2 billion in ticket sales — double the gross ticket sales of any other concert tour in history, The New York Times reported — while the six-time platinum The Tortured Poets Department was the top-selling album of the year. “Looking back, she’s just in awe of everything that happened,” adds the source. “She can hardly believe how much she accomplished — and how much her life has changed.”

The accolades have been nice. On top of being the most-streamed artist of 2024 and having the most-streamed album of the year, Taylor’s photo-filled The Eras Tour Book sold a reported 814,000 print copies in its first two days, making it the most successful publishing launch all year.
