THREE days after he was arrested and booked on DWI charges in Long Island, N.Y., on June 18, Justin Timberlake took to the stage at the United Center in Chicago for a stop on his Forget Tomorrow World Tour. In between songs, the singer addressed his recent run-in with the law when he thanked his fans for sticking by him. “I know I’m hard to love sometimes,” he said. “But you keep loving me right back.”

He might as well have been talking to his longsuffering wife of 11 years, Jessica Biel. The Candy actress — with whom Justin, 43, shares sons Silas, 9, and Phineas, 4 — has put up with a lot over the years, including cheating rumors and a 2019 incident in which the drunken star was videotaped holding hands with his Palmer co-star Alisha Wainwright during a wild night out in New Orleans. A source tells Star that Jessica, 42, has finally reached her limit — and that the couple could be headed for an ugly, $250 million divorce. “It took Jessica a long time to trust Justin again,” says the source. “Now he’s made another bad judgment call. She can’t keep overlooking his behavior.”
