FORMER foster kid Doogie Sandtiger was never taught how to tie his shoes, but in a weird twist of fate, that sad fact has landed him in Guinness World Records!

The Wethersfield, Conn., native explains he grew up wearing jelly and Velcro shoes because “when you’re going to different temporary placements, a lot” — like learning to tie your shoes — “gets lost along the way,” Sandtiger said.
