SLEAZY Skylar Deleon, a former child actor who once appeared on TV’s Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, has morphed into a woman while sitting on Death Row — and taxpayers are picking up the tab!

Born John Julius Jacobson Jr., Skylar, now 49, has been in prison since he — now she — was convicted of killing Arizona couple Tom Hawks, 57, and his wife Jackie, 47, who were last seen Nov. 15, 2004, after showing their 55-foot yacht to potential buyer Deleon.
