After years of making poor choices and protecting her third ex-husband, Kim Kardashian is learning how to be happy again!
-
Kim Karda shian’s pain was palpable — her voice cracked and tears began to flow as she spoke to Angie Martinez on the radio host’s Dec. 26 In Real Life podcast episode. Just a few weeks earlier, Kim settled her drama-filled divorce and custody negotiations with rapper Kanye West after months of enduring his erratic behavior and controversial comments, including headline-making antisemitic tweets. “It’s hard,” Kim finally admitted. “Co-parenting, it’s really f---ing hard.”
It was a raw and unguarded moment. And it’s not the only confession Kim’s made in recent days. Nearly two years after she filed to divorce Kanye, the reality TV star has been taking stock of her life and coming clean publicly and privately. “This year has been so difficult for Kim. She’s been trying to reflect more,” explains a source, pointing to the mogul’s ups and downs with Kanye, 45, as well as her summer split from comedian Pete Davidson, 29, following nine months of dating. “Kim is telling friends that she realizes she’s made a lot of bad choices along the way.”
WEIGHED DOWN
This is a new Kim. "She's learning to live a more authentic life. For years, Kim worried about what people would think of her, so she's trying to change that little by little," shares the source, who says the 42-year-old has "even been tempted to be more open about her past plastic surgery procedures. She feels like she lied so much about what she has and hasn't done."
