ROXIE NAFOUSI HEAD START

The self-development coach has followed up her bestseller on manifestation with a book for children - tried and tested on her young son
The hazy period between Christmas Day and New Year that we like to call "Twixmas" is often filled with leftover chocolate, duvet days and plenty of TV viewing. But for self-development coach and author Roxie Nafousi, it's one of the most important periods in her calendar.
"I absolutely love this time of year. It's a powerful time to get ahead and look at how you want to grow and evolve in the next year," she tells HELLO! in our exclusive interview.
"It represents newness and letting go of what's not serving you. We should be embracing that feeling of reflecting on what's gone and getting excited about what is ahead."
Widely hailed as the "queen of manifesting", Roxie, 33, knows a thing or two about making dreams a reality.
After her early 20s were fuelled by partying, addiction and very little self-care, Roxie reached rock bottom. But her life changed in 2018, when she first heard the term "manifesting" on a podcast.
"I realised I had all this power to change things and that I was in control of making me happy, no one else," she says.
