SEVERAL military veterans and active-duty personnel are bravely breaking their silence to tell all about harrowing encounters with UFOs — including one sailor who described seeing a “self-luminous” object shockingly emerge from the ocean while he was aboard a Navy vessel off the coast of California.

In a bombshell congressional hearing — held by the House Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets — U.S. Navy Senior Chief Petty Officer Alexandro Wiggins said he witnessed the glowing “Tic Tac-shaped” object burst from the waves before linking up with three similar ones that then all “disappeared simultaneously with a high, synchronized, near-instantaneous acceleration.”

The seaman said he heard no sonic boom — and all three craft were detected on radar!
