DECADES after the discovery of a tattooed woman's dismembered remains on Long Island, her baby daddy, Florida resident Andrew Dykes, has been arrested for the 1997 slaying.

PEACHES & CRIME

Andrew Dykes was charged in. the murder of Tanya, aka Peaches, after a tattoo on her torso

The woman, long referred to as Peaches, was initially believed to be a victim of the Gilgo Beach serial murders, lawmen say.

Earlier this year, the tragic gal — who earned her nickname due to the fruit tattoo found on her torso — was identified via genetic genealogy by Nassau County officials as 26-year-old U.S. Army veteran Tanya Denise Jackson, who'd served in the Gulf War.
