MONSTER mom Brenda Spencer — and horrid hubby, Branndon Mosley — kept her two daughters captive for seven years in New Jersey, forcing one to live in a dog crate for multiple months and be sexually abused by her sicko stepdad while locked up in chains, lawmen say.

According to investigators, an 18-year-old woman had escaped the couple’s Gloucester Township home, claiming she’d been held hostage since being pulled out of sixth grade under the guise of homeschooling.

The alleged victim says when she wasn’t cooped up in the pet crate, she was sequestered in a bare room with only a bucket to use as a toilet — and there was an alarm system to ensure she stayed in her squalid prison.
