This mindset has somehow made us oblivious to understanding and feeling the love and passion we need to have for the work we do. Passion for something always propels us miles ahead into the game of achievement. When you are happier at your workplace, you tend to be more productive and result-oriented. And all the more life is too short not to pursue your dreams and to waste time doing something that you don’t love. It is your choice to figure out what’s more important to you.

‘Work without love is slavery.’ Sometimes in life, we end up doing things we don't love to do. It could be the internal conflicts, external situations, circumstances or even people that may force us to choose something against our tastes. Infact, it really feels good to love what you do. There are innate abilities, inclinations, skills and talents in us, which if we identify, recognise and nurture, it grows to an enormous level of potential in life. To identify what you love eventually and to have courage to pursue indeed should be your substantial objective. Finding it doesn’t come without effort. Also, you might want to experiment with it for some time inorder to make sure you can be consistently stable loving it. There are two sides to it – at times when you start your life figuring things out, you might not really know which path to take and what you really love. So it comes to a point where you have to ‘love what you do’ inorder to eventually reach the end goal of ‘do what you love’. ‘Loving what you do’ is also as important, because you will be able to blend commitment, dedication, gratification, consistent performance improvement, self-motivation and assured results into your chores then.
