TRIGGER
When I started my journey at Dilip Sonigara Jewellers, I saw a limitation. Even though the company was founded in 1969, the staff was still quite unorganised. There was little to no record of their performances, sales targets, the issues they faced on the floor and the solution to them. Since the company's very being is dependent on the staff, and they are the backbone of the company, their performance needed to be tracked, and their welfare was of utmost importance. So, it was essential to have a human resources team.
