As the Head of Audi India since September 2019, he has played a pivotal role in strengthening the brand's presence in the Indian market, leveraging his expertise in sales, business development, and market expansion.

Balbir's journey with Audi India began in 2007 when he spearheaded sales operations in the Northeast, propelling Audi to market leadership in Delhi/NCR. After a successful stint, he went on to lead sales operations at Audi Middle East before returning to India in 2018 to head Network Development. His strategic vision and leadership have been instrumental in enhancing dealer networks, optimizing customer experience, and ensuring sustainable business growth.

Beyond Audi, Balbir has held senior leadership roles at Porsche India and Honda Cars India, accumulating a wealth of experience in sales strategy, dealer management, and corporate partnerships. An engineer by qualification from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh, he further honed his business acumen with a finance program at IIM Lucknow.
