The design vision has been unveiled for yet another striking property on the picturesque shores of Al Marjan Island - The Unexpected Al Marjan Island Hotel & Residences - which promises a unique blend of contemporary design and a seamless connection with the natural beauty of the Arabian Gulf.

Almal Real Estate Development, the award-winning Dubai-based developer, has revealed the ocean-inspired avant-garde design features of The Unexpected Al Marjan Island Hotel & Residences, which boasts more than 422 hotel rooms and fully managed residential units, offering breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf and exclusive amenities.
The developer has appointed Palladium Hotel Group, a reputed Spanish hotel operator, to manage this prestigious project, which consists of two properties: The Unexpected Al Marjan Island Hotel and The Unexpected Al Marjan Residences, under the renowned brand Ushuaïa Unexpected Hotels & Residences.
The company has also appointed the Design & Architecture Bureau (DAR) as the lead design consultant for the project. Almal Real Estate Development has launched the third sales phase for The Unexpected Al Marjan Island Hotel & Residences.
