AIDA, Dar Global's luxurious gated community perched atop cliffs overlooking the Gulf of Oman in Muscat, is advancing through its initial phase, with significant developments in infrastructure, residential construction, and financing.

The prestigious real estate development project is a joint venture between Dar Global, a London-listed luxury real estate developer, and Omran Group, Oman's leading entity for tourism development. The mixed-use project spans 3.5 million sq m, offering a blend of premium residences with panoramic views, world-class hospitality, and superior leisure amenities.
Among its signature attractions is the $500-million Trump International Oman, featuring a 140-key luxury resort and an 18-hole championship golf course designed to global standards.
Additionally, the master-planned community includes the $100 million Marriott Residences. To be managed by Marriott International, the Marriott Residences Aida, Oman, will comprise a collection of 224 units offering a choice of one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences strategically positioned along the shoreline, providing sweeping vistas of the ocean and majestic cliffs.
