3,500 exhibitors to present their latest at bauma

BAUMA, the world's leading trade fair for construction machinery, building material machines, mining machines, construction vehicles and construction equipment, is set to open in Munich, Germany this month (April 7 to 13), with more than 3,500 exhibitors from 57 countries presenting their latest machines, technologies and innovations over 614,000 sq m of exhibition space.

Demand for exhibition space has been high in 2025, with bauma once again fully booked, according to the organiser Messe München. There has been a noticeable increase in international participation, primarily from Asia, specifically from India, Japan, China, Taiwan and Korea, it added.

Europe also maintains a strong presence, with Italy being the second largest exhibitor group after Germany; and Turkey is the fourth largest. The number of exhibitors from Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands and Portugal has also grown, Messe München said.

As an international meeting place for the industry, bauma is not only a showcase for the latest technologies but also provides a platform for professional conversations and the discussion of key future topics.
