The inspiration behind Aditya Group, is one name—my father, Late Shri Bhaskar Aditya. His vision was rooted in service—whether it was building infrastructure that uplifts communities, creating educational institutions that empower future generations, or investing in healthcare and sports to improve quality of life. Growing up, I watched him treat every project not as a business venture, but as a social responsibility. That became the foundation of Aditya Group.

Today, I am carrying his legacy forward—along with my wife, Roshni, and my brother, Ankit—with the same values at heart. Our inspiration is not driven by profit, but by purpose. What began as a humble initiative by my father in 1984 has now evolved into a global enterprise.
