Growing up, I watched my father. devote himself to uplifting people from rural backgrounds, who often go unheard yet form the backbone of our nation. His humility, compassion, and belief in giving back to society left a deep mark on me. I studied engineering, worked in Europe, and was part of a very different world which was organized, efficient, and full of exposure. It taught me a lot but somewhere deep inside, I knew I wanted to do something that would directly impact people back home. I wanted to work for the people of rural Bengal, to create jobs, to build something of our own. The transition from a comfortable corporate life to building a company from scratch came with countless challenges. But it has been worth it.
