SERVES FOUR
For the filling
175g cream cheese
15ml (1 Tbsp) plain Greek-style yoghurt
15ml (2 Tbsp) castor sugar
15ml (1 Tbsp) vanilla extract
1 mango (peeled, pitted, and cubed)
For the cake
150g cake flour
50g cocoa powder
5ml (1 tsp) baking powder
5ml (1 Tbsp) bicarbonate of soda
Pinch of salt
