These days, people want everything to be very fast, accessible, and quick. “There’s a very fast transaction of convenience and easy access where food delivery that was a 30-minute standard is now transitioning to 10-15 minutes delivery. Most of the aggregators today have a fast delivery panel on their website. So, delivery today is fast, accessible, and driven by convenience,” said Gaurav Pande, executive president at Popeyes, Jubilant FoodWorks.
