Puravankara has entered a joint development agreement (JDA) for a four-acre land parcel on Hennur Road in Bengaluru with an estimated gross development value of more than ₹1,300 crore. The project will have a saleable area of approximately 0.84 million square feet. The company said the development aligns with its strategy of expanding its presence in key residential micro-markets in Bengaluru through partnership-led projects. The Hennur Road location is positioned near employment centres and established physical and social infrastructure.
