Trump organisation bets big on Pune, launches 2,500-crore commercial real estate project

The American real estate conglomerate, known globally for its luxury developments, unveiled its latest venture-Trump World Center Pune-a premium office space project being developed in partnership with Tribeca Developers and Kundan Spaces.

The project, spread over 4.3 acres, is expected to generate sales exceeding *2,500 crore. The announcement was made on Friday via X (formerly Twitter), with The Trump Organization stating: "Excited to announce the newest addition to the Trump portfolio: Trump World Center Pune! This marks The Trump Organization's first venture into commercial real estate in India, joining its extensive collection of residential properties in the region."
