Technopark floats tender for 381 crore IT building project

Technopark has invited composite tenders from qualified contractors for the construction of the first IT office building under its integrated IT micro-township project, 'QUAD, to be developed at Technopark Phase IV (Technocity) near Pallippuram.

This upcoming state-of-the-art IT facility will span 8.5 lakh square feet and comprise two basements and nine upper floors, with designated IT office spaces and a rooftop cafeteria.
While the basements will be allocated for parking and utility services, the upper floors will accommodate office modules specifically designed for tech companies.
