THE BEGINNINGS
What began as a modest venture in 1986, with just 40,000 rupees in seed capital and a determination to succeed, has grown into one of India's most influential real estate empires. Alongside his two brothers and father, Razack took the bold step of selling their family home to fund their initial foray into real estate—trading land before moving into property development. Their first project, a 10,000-square-foot office building, was just the beginning. As Bangalore transitioned from a quiet town to the country's bustling tech capital, Prestige Group grew alongside it, pioneering developments that catered to the city's rapidly expanding corporate and residential needs. The company's remarkable trajectory reached new heights in 2010 when it went public, raising 12 billion rupees in an IPO that was oversubscribed 2.3 times. Over the years, Prestige has continued to shape skylines with iconic developments such as Kingfisher Towers, where the city's elite reside, and a diverse portfolio spanning residential, commercial, and retail spaces.
