Spanning 24,000 square feet in the heart of the Financial District, the restobar isn't merely a restaurant or a bar; it is a living narrative carved in stone, stirred with smoke, and plated with purpose.

Taking its name and spiritual inspiration from the monumental Moai statues of Easter Island, this 400-seater retreat is a tribute to legacy, guardianship, and transformation. Like the statues themselves, the space stands rooted in the past while gazing boldly into the future. Every inch of its elemental architecture, every sip of its boundary-pushing cocktails, and every bite of its flavour-packed menu seeks to awaken something timeless within the contemporary diner.

Crafted by renowned hospitality architect Vikram Singh Minhas, Moai dissolves the boundary between natural and built environments. Minhas, celebrated for never repeating a design concept across his pan-India portfolio, envisioned Moai as a seamless dialogue between earth and energy.
