Ashwini Walawalkar, Country Head Technique Control Facility Management, sheds light on how TCFM is building careers for people in the Integrated Facility Management sector
-
Could you give us an insight into TCFM and your professional journey spanning over 25 years in the Facility Management industry?
My career started in 1995 with Taj Hotels as an assistant housekeeper. In 1999, I joined a company called Cleantec which later went on to get acquired by ISS Facility Services in 2005. I then moved on to Technique Control Facility Management (TCFM) in 2021. I am currently stationed as the Country Head responsible for the growth of over 9000+ professionals. Driving our footprint which currently stands at over 85 Million Sq.ft. in 11 states PAN India whilst achieving our vision to employ over 50,000 professionals by 2025 is among my key focus areas.
As pioneers in the industry, we cater to a wider set of demands beyond routine housekeeping and technical equipment maintenance. With CAFM (Computer Assisted Facility Management) and ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) becoming a factor of importance for organizations, our vision as the IFM (Integrated Facilities Management) partner is crucial and adds immense value in an organizations Real Estate operations.
Could you share some insights on your organization's growth in the Facility Management industry?
