SINCE 1988, Street Machine of the Year has been the most prestigious accolade in our sport. You've only got to read the list of winners on the side of that iconic trophy to see that some of the biggest names and most significant cars in Aussie street machining have taken out the award over the years. What makes SMOTY so special is that it's a reader-voted accolade. Sure, the staff and contributors of Street Machine vote to determine the field of 16 finalists, but from there it's up to you, our valued readers, to vote to determine the winner and help shape history.
