Q KOEL aims to double its revenue to INR 6500 crore by FY25. What key strategies are you implementing to achieve this ambitious goal?

At Kirloskar Oil Engines (KOEL), we focus on understanding and meeting our customers' needs by developing technology solutions for both Indian and international markets. This commitment ensures that our products are not only technologically advanced but also practical, reliable, and tailored to address specific customer challenges. Two years ago, we set an ambitious goal to double our revenue to INR 6500 crore by FY25. To achieve this, we are implementing a comprehensive strategy that focuses on executing our technology roadmap, fostering profitable growth, optimising distribution channels, achieving operational excellence, and becoming an employer of choice.

The regulatory changes in the Powergen, Construction,and Agriculture markets present significant opportunities for us. We aim to leverage our role as a complete power solution provider by expanding our range of power generators to include more efficient and emission-compliant models. In response to the increasing demand for cleaner fuels, we are making our products adaptable to various fuel types, including hydrogen, methanol, ethanol, and natural gas. Beyond broadening our product lineup, we are committed to exploring new market opportunities and enhancing our presence both domestically and internationally.

Q KOEL has a strong focus on enhancing its Research & Engineering facility. What are the latest technological advancements or innovations you are most excited about?
