BMW has been promising for some time that it'll reveal something “dynamic, elegant and exotic” at this year’s Villa d’Este concours event on Lake Como, Italy, and now the wraps have come off the new Speedtop.
Although labelled a concept, the Speedtop will follow a very similar path to the Concept Skytop, which was unveiled at 2024’s event and has continued development over the past 12 months. It’s clear that the production-ready Skytop looks just like the concept — and we expect the same of the Speedtop.
Not that you're likely to see one. Just 70 examples of the Speedtop are planned and we expect a price tag to match the convertible version's, at around £500,000.
