GWM TANK 300 FROM $46,990

Tank is a new off-road focused brand housed within the GWM stable.

The mid-sized, five seater Tank 300 launched the brand in 2023, now joined by a larger seven-seater Tank 500.

The Tank 300 is priced from $46,990 drive away for the Lux, with a 162kW/380Nm 2.0-litre turbopetrol/eight-speed auto/ dual range 4x4 drivetrain. Ultra specification is $50,990.

New for 2025 is a 135kW/480Nm 2.4 litre turbodiesel four-cylinder with a nine-speed automatic and 4x4. At $49,490 for the Lux and $53,490, the diesel brings 3000kg towing, up from 2500kg, increased 600kg payload and 7.8L/100km combined fuel economy, better than the Hybrid's 8.4L/100km.

Hybrid variants open at $55,990 drive-away for the Lux Hybrid, with 17-inch alloy wheels, sunroof, 12.3-inch digital instruments, 360-degree camera, Apple Car Play and Android Auto. There are also two USB ports in each row.

At $60,990, the Ultra Hybrid steps up to 18-inch wheels and adds wireless phone charging, Nappa leather seats with heating and cooling up front, a power adjustable driver's seat and a nine-speaker Infinity sound system.
