Adding to its 35-strong portfolio of properties, the impressive development in the heart of Stellenbosch boasts 4 000m² of single-occupancy luxury units, a café and co-working spaces. "We believe that, through design, we are creating opportunities for students and young adults to connect, interact, build friendships and form business networks," says CampusKey MD Leon Howell.
