The client's brief to the STUDIO CLAY team was simple. He wanted an opulent office space abundant in drain design ethos and has all the modern facilities. It was essential to connect the built and open space on a visual & physical level.

You see the administrative building of Arihant Publications in a square design enveloping the central open space and sticking to a vital Vaastu concept of keeping the Brahmsthal free. It means free of any built form and with plenty of natural light & air around. It allows connecting the building's inner & outer space to connect. The favourable building courtyard was in Indian architectural form for quite some time. It lets a conducive micro-climate fit to deal with the hot summers.
