Over a 100,000 pets have been catered to by Supertails since its inception - as an e-commerce platform with its HQs in Bangalore with an array of 15,000 pet products from 500+ renowned brands, both local and international. Apart from those PRMS we mentioned, they offer their customers free vet consultations online with their team of more than 20 vets. What more could Fido ask for, especially since it takes away the dreaded schlep to the vet's clinic. Understanding the pet's needs and bringing comfort to the pet parent are paramount. Aman, Vineet and Varun are all smiles when they nod in agreement. They add, "It helps that apart from us being pet parents, more than 80% of our staff, from a strength of 150+ employees, are pet parents themselves.
