Prim dances to a debut win

DESPITE never having ridden a freestyle test- or practised one - Alicia Prim bagged her first medium freestyle victories riding Judy Peploe's 11-yearold mare Sapphire Blue with plus-71% scores.

"I was slightly stressed," mused Alicia, who works for Judy. "I used a music compilation made for one of Judy's horses from years ago.
It worked well and the judges loved it, but we'll tweak a couple of things for areas." The compilation included Venus for the trot work, The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra's Design for Life for the canter, and Confidence in Me for the walk.
