Tom Takes Scientology To Space!

The A-list actor’s got his eye on the final frontier in his plan for church domination

Hollywood is certainly no stranger to seeking approval for a remote filming permit. The Indiana Jones franchise famously filmed in the ancient city of Petra in Jordan, and Star Wars turned the Hotel Sidi Driss, located in arid Tunisia in North Africa, into an intergalactic city. But Tinseltown’s leading man, Tom Cruise, 57, is determined to go where very few men have gone before – shooting an action-adventure film in space!

The ambitious project has been made possible in part by NASA administrator James Bridenstine and billionaire engineer Elon Musk, who confirmed the exciting news earlier this month.

Now, Woman’s Day hears the staunch Scientologist, whose beliefs are routed in the highly detailed space-centric doctrine, is using the film to impress the church’s higher powers and convince them he’s capable of one day taking over from current leader David Miscavige!
