The singer broke her five-month Instagram hiatus late last week to reveal her incredible new svelte physique. Friends tell Woman’s Day she’s shed an incredible 50kg over the course of a year!

Posting a picture of herself in a slim-fitting, bell-sleeved little black dress and heels to mark her 32nd birthday, Adele made no reference to all the gym hours she’s put in and instead expressed her gratitude for frontline healthcare personnel, along with well-wishers on her special day.
