“The secret to losing weight is very, very simple. It’s just bare-faced honesty. It’s when you look in the mirror and you go, ‘You know what? I don’t want to look like this any more. I want to make a change.’ I wish some of my friends had given mith Type 2 lose weight”e a bit more ‘tough love’ looking back now, because that’s what works.”
Lisa remembers the moment that sparked her decision to lose weight.
