Rose Of Soweto In Domestic Abuse Scandal

Former boxer Dingaan Thobela denies beating up his girlfriend.

IN HIS heyday, former boxer, Dingaan Thobela, was known as the Rose of Soweto as his powerful fists showed opponents stars. Dingaan used to be a nightmare in the boxing ring, giving other boxers heavy blows which led to him being crowned a world champ. However, he denies claims that he turned his girlfriend, Sana Ncwane, into his own punching bag. Dingaan says he is not the type who would go around beating up women.

Dingaan says he has never in his life assaulted a woman because he has so much respect for them.
